Dressing for Turkey
½ C butter
3 eggs
2 C onion
2 C celery
1 lb. sliced white bread
1 T sage
1 T salt
black pepper
parsley
Saute vegs, except parsley, in butter. Steam 15 min.
Toast bread in oven & wring out in water.
Mix all together.
